You know, I don’t like this post at all. I know there is nothing new about it. But, this time I am very/ extremely disappointed. I don’t understand the purpose of writing it, or the message you want to convey. there are some fundamental flaws in the post.
First of all, it’s not the government of India but the judiciary system which is the guardian of Constitution. So, it’s the judiciary system which sees to it whether we follow the constitution or not.
Apart from that, I see that there is a constant harping on the issues of Kasab, corruption, reservation etc. I understand the anxiety, but we also need to realise that there are as many voices for it as there are against it.
Somewhere I hope that we should stop going after the symptoms of problems and target the problems themselves.
Not liking the post, not new.
Nothing new about it, again, i agree.
Purpose of writing and the legal facts, let me explain,
This is actually a conversation that happened, i obviously edited it enough to be published as a post. This is not about constitution or judiciary or the government, it’s about us doing something for it.
It’s not about corruption or kasab, it’s about the thousands of problems conveyed with their name.
Getting to the cause of problem is the only way finishing it. While some people try to finish it’s root, there HAVE to be some who keep reminding them about it.
What i have stated here isn’t anything i want to be legally stamped, it’s how an ignorant and common kid sees his country and that is something we need to improve on.
Anyway, i wish someday i’ll be able to write something that you like, will be rather an achievement for me 🙂
You know what, when I was commenting, I knew that you will defend it on the name of the unawareness of general public. And therefore, any further discussion is irrelevant!
But, given the fact that you had taken the responsibility of reminding us that there are some problems, I wished it could be a more well-informed post!
Never mind, I am still optimistic to see something better someday! 🙂
superb work..keep it up 🙂
Thanku 🙂
applause for explaining such powerful concept with a unique aspect !
Thanks, it was rather a risky attempt, glad u liked it 🙂
